MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
With our retail stores now closed due to lockdown, members will be unable to renew their membership in person until lockdown restrictions are eased.
Therefore, members are advised of the following methods:
By Phone - members can renew their membership over the phone via the KCOM Stadium ticket office (01482 505 600). Phone lines will be open 9:30am to 12:30pm on weekdays, except for Wednesdays.
By Post - members can renew their membership by completing a membership renewal form which has been posted to them. This can be returned to the club by the Freepost envelope provided.

| I see on the web site they have extended the deadline dates for renewals, also promising compensation at end of the season depending on how many games are played & you are allowed into - all very sensible !!
So I committed to renewing now, BUT - the number on here is to SMC - the recorded message tells you to ring 01482 327200, which is the 2018 season pass 'hotline' which wasn't answered !! Unperturbed I tried the online option - password reset required BUT it won't take anything I submit, really shouldn't be this hard.
Fully appreciate the club still has many staff furloughed but the first team squad back in full time training, games theoretically only 8 weeks away - I just want to spend some money !!

When I renewed I came across the same issue with the phone system.
After getting redirected to the 327200 number and getting nowhere, I went back to the original number. I let it play through the messages until it connected to a real person and she sorted the renewal in about 5 minutes.

Was really straight forward and had no issues, took less than 5 minutes to do and most of that was typing in my card number lol

Personally my thinking right now is I don't want to go until a few weeks after my first jab which will hopefully be April.

Agree that the KCOM's size should come in handy. Turnstiles are always an issue though so they would have to give arrival slots and be strict about it.

I for one can't wait to get back.
With the correct social distancing in place, the wearing of facemasks it'll certainly be much healthier at the stadium than a local visit to Asda.

id be surprised if clubs are not back playing home and away games sooner, sky only broadcast virtually every game last season as we missed 4 months, so had to honour the deal, this season we have lost a few rounds so maybe a couple of rounds at headingley or saints then clubs back to their home and away format, if no fans are not allowed, then sky needs to let clubs use their own feeds (like fc live) to allow fans to view live games

| The bit about being 'rembursed at the end of the season for home games played at neutral grounds' needs a bit more explanation.
I can see some being reluctant to hand over £250+ when £30 of games is already missing (season is 1 home game shorter and 1st round at Headingley) and likely more games will be moved. The club need to make it clear what the remebursement will be, more shop vouchers, prizes or just cold hard cash off a 2022 pass.

Or hopefully and alternatively people will just be happy to support the club and not want anything back.
