| Remember that the Rhino's attendance at the weekend was in fact 1,020 less than the same game in the previous season.
And despite the Club almost giving tickets away, the average attendances this season over last year are only up about 4%.
So from the licence application point of view, the Club are not doing much gains on attendances, whereas the income will be certainly down.

It was a clash which did send us to the top of the table with a far superior squad to the one we have this year. But lets not look for positives eh?
The attendance for the game V Leeds was pretty decent all in all.

| Plus if you Judge us against other teams attendances we are actually moving in the right direction. With all that has gone on at Belle vue over the last six months this is a massive plus in my eyes.

| Alot of sides are struggling to maintain their average, a 4% rise in my opinion would actually show a stable and steady increase under new ownership with what is considered to be the weakest side in superleague to some!

Ouch! But hey, we've all got to start somewhere and the point is valid.
Problem with attendances is that the 'neighbours' are improving on average comparing games better that the Wildcats !!

Yes but have all the other teams gone through what we have the last six months.?
NO!!!
Have they had a board that doesn't know what it's doing for god knows how many years..?
NO !!!
Looking at what Glover has done in the short time he's been in charge he's doing a good job so far.
Part of your point is valid but still judgemental in the sense that we are a new company now and still picking up pieces of what the old board left.

Well actually Crusaders, Quins, and even Cas (Gareth Thomas et. al./ Glasshoughton etc..)could say they have been through some hard times !! But I fully accept the first two won't give two hoots about attendances or whatever as far as a licence is concerned !!

NO !!!
I seem to recall a few comments on this site regarding the competencies of RW and the Board at Cas !!

AGREE entirely. The guy's got passion and commitment, but lets be realistic. There's a similarity here to the situation Widnes were in at the last application farce. Even though Widnes had been taken over by a very astute businessman and were back on a sound financial footing, the RFL then used the reason of the Club going into administration and the debris of the previous management, to achieve their own goals - IE getting Crusaders in for Sky TV. Totally wrong in my opinion by the way. So the problem for the Club's in this area is - what agenda do the RFL really have and will they want to show any compassion / understanding for teams that despite their history, are suffering against an unfortunate and pretty unique economic climate. I wonder how the RFL will stand the argument of now having too many teams in a particular area with the success of Widnes? We were told we were cluttered in this area with Wakey And Cas !!
