Thats great news that, we could potentially only miss watching 4 games then and one of them could be a challenge cup game. So depending on how fixtures drop it could only be one game we miss watching, obvs losing loop games but the less money the club needs to offer back the better.

The purchase of the Latics by the preferred bidder has collapsed, so the second choice is now offered the chance to buy them, I suspect that relegation has reduced the value of the club significantly, but that’s just a guess.

Regarding the vitriol between the fans, it was vicious around the time of the ground move, the latics fans had a real chip on their shoulders about what they saw as their ground etc, we were the tennents the chubby’s etc, Whilst what’s happened to the club is sad, it shows how quickly situations can change
