That being said, it would be nice if okoro made a couple of 21 man squads this year granted that would mean we were down on numbers, but I'd like to see him on the field.

| Just read Fitz could be back this weekend, if he is i hope we use him off the bench and just spell him for 20-30 mins. Let him have a blast but just enough to prime him and give him tge week to recover. Massive boost to get
him back now
I wonder if Okoro is a future replacement for Bullock? I would like to see him play but can't see it this year?
I'll have a nosey at Big George
Also i'm still hoping we re-sign Wood, as he's a tough forward who does a decent job and would be great as cover to rotate our forwards

Agreed. I thought we might have at least seen Okoro in the 21 by now. He was an interesting signing as a 'potential prop of the future' as he wasn't our first choice. It was Sam Hall at Castleford. I was told it was going through, then things went very quiet and Okoro was announced

I know it's a showreel, but there are some impressive post-contact metres being made in a lot of those clips.

| Daejarn Asi Doing the rounds he's coming here next year. Half-back from Parramata, very much doubt we need 3 half backs though so not sure there's anything in it?

By all accounts we have signed Oli Leyland for next year, although not confirmed. I wouldn't read to much into the Asi roomer

| Whilst we're talking Oz imports, if you could have 3 players currently in NRL now, salary cap no object, who would you have?
For me it's Herbie Farnworth (centre), Stephen Crichton (centre) & Jerome Luai (half back)

| I’d just take Shaun Johnson and Nathan Clearly, then invest the rest in us, but I don’t think they’ll be much left.

No thanks, would rather pick up Sam Davis from London, before Hull get him.
Danny Levi is basically only looking here again but nobody in the NRL are interested.
Sam Davis is a good solid hard working English lad, would rather pick him up.

Had to google Sam Davis for more details.
Didn`t realise that he is the younger brother of Matt Davis our ex-player.

| Cleary is right in his prime.
There are world class halves across the NRL - Munster, DCE, Moses, (Sam) Walker, Hughes, Luai, Hynes, Burton.
And then there is Cleary. To me, he's up there with Alfie, Johns, Cronk of the NRL era.

| I get the attraction of a big aggressive prop to punch some holes, but we already have Vaughan, Yates, Musgrove, Harrison, Philbin, Crowther, Wood, Thomas, Green, Okoro and potentially Bullock. Not sure we’d want any more salary cap tied up in props?
I think we have space for a half (Leyland?), back row replacement for Nicholson. Anything else? Potentially a new 9. Seems fairly quiet, the ‘wow’ signing seems to have come to naught. Linked to a 3rd tier back rower who could end up great but won’t be taking much cap space…
Should have plenty of cap space left, Leyland will be on less than Drinkwater, we’ll have Nicholsons salary and a marquee size hole in the cap when Bateman leaves.
Full Back: Dufty, CTW
Wing: Ashton, Thewlis, Wrench, Lindop
Centre: King, Tai, Wrench, Lindop, Ratchford
Half Back: Williams, Hayes, Leyland?
Prop: Vaughan, Yates, Musgrove, Harrison, Philbin, Crowther, Wood, Thomas, Green, Okoro, Bullock
Second Row: Fitzgibbon, Holroyd, New Signing, George Hirst?, Tupea
Loose: Currie, Crowther
Maybe space for another winger? Or would that stunt the development of Lindop?

| I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lindrop overtake a few in the centre pecking order with a pre-season under his belt. Tai will improve too, think he missed large parts of pre-season too. Between King and those two, centres look good, and Wrench will have a job to get back in, but no doubt he has the ability.
A second row is top of the to-do list for me. Holroyd has done a good job, but should be priming him to take over from Fitzgibbon and let his body grow.

| Could see Bullock staying at Salford. Bizarre he got an extension here when for whatever reason he could not cement a regular spot in the 17.
