I would usually give a smug little grin here, but I didn't know myself until his testimonal year when the Guardian provided a pretty in depth review of his career.

It was a good night, decent turn out, all the panel answered the questions asked honestly. The only question that TS wouldnt answer was "who would you like to sign if money was no object and the player had to sign?" He said it would be unfair on the current squad and any players if he mentioned them. He did say the best player he had ever coached was Nathan Hindmarch.

It is easy to get confused when you are in St Helens. I often walk through Thatto Heath to the game and imagine the locals speaking French.

And what about the other rumours did Che get asked about Sinfield, Tickle, Fuifui etc!?

What were the answers? I take it the Saints players answered those questions?

I was hoping that they would say that it was because they consider Wigan a small team who havent won a trophy for a few years but they were politically correct with their answers.
