| 1) Warrington - Yes i think we can do it again a couple of players have departed but they have been replaced pretty well, although King will be a miss Rhys Evans will hopefully get more game time..Most importantly i think the winning culture flows through the playing staff thanks to Tony Smith.
2) St Helens - Recruited well, new stadium all points to a good season for Saints.Lomax,Foster,Hohaia,Laffranchi some good firepower there.
3) Huddersfield - I think they can improve slightly on last season, they do need some luck with injuries as their starting 13 is strong but not a huge amount of depth in reserve.
4) Wigan - I know eyebrows will be raised on this prediction but i think the departure of McGuire will be hugely significant along with Tomkins,Hoffman,Deacon and Coley. A fair bit of experience has gone.
5) Catalan - Will be hot stuff at home as ever. But i think the away record may let them down again.
6) Leeds - I expect something similar to last year from them. Indifferent in the league but the buisness in the playoffs.
7) Hull FC -I think it may be a slow process for Hull they have the new coach that the fans have cried out for but the recruitment has been very unimpressive IMO.
8. Salford - There seems to be a bit of doom and gloom at Salford but i think they're better off without Parish and could grab the final playoff place. Veivers has been around a bit and with some luck who knows.
9) Castleford - Think they will just miss out but will cause the big guns a few problems especially at home.
10) Wakefield - I think Agar has a point to prove and has made a couple of good signings i think they'll suprise a few.
11) Bradford - Last season was a poor one.Lynch has gone and the squad hasn't been beefed up enough
12) London - The squad has been tweeked pretty well and the coach Rob Powell isn't afraid to throw in the youngsters. However they are prone to winning a couple then going on an horrendous run.
13) Hull KR - Can see it being a long hard season for Rovers. Fair few have departed and the squad looks the poorest since their return to Super League.
14) Widnes - Our friends from down the road are gonna find it tough, a poor season last year in the Championship which means no momentum. And completely new squad this season which will take time to gel. They may get 1 or 2 wins at best.

| Might slip a place or two, King is a big loss. However, Saints have got to adjust to a new stadium and Wigan to a new coaching team. Might be Leeds again next year.

| As other posters have said next year will be difficult to predict and I fear we may not do as well as last year. I am not being a pessimist because last year I predicted would be a very good year for the Wire (which it definitely was)
So here is my pennies worth
Wire (we will still finish top but we will not demolish as many teams as last season)
Catalans (This will be a good year for them)
Saints (they might finish 2nd or even top)
Wigan (new coach, lost important players not the force)
Huddersfield (the wild card in the bunch)
Leeds (even typing their name hurt, I still haven't got over the events of 30th September)
Hull
Bradford
HKR
Salford
Cas
Wakefield
London
Widnes

| I can't see us falling that far behind last year with the big loss of Matt King. We spanked 70% or more last season and I can't see that that 70% have improved that much with signings. Can't wait for 2012 and the challenges it brings. Wire to Wembley

| As last season showes us,dosen`t matter where you finish in the top 8.As long as you peak in the play offs like Leeds did.

| 1st - Wire
2nd - Saints
3rd - Leeds
4th - Wigan
5th - Catalans
6th - Huddersfield
7th - Hull FC
8th - London Broncos
9th - Castleford
10th - Bradford
11th - Hull KR
12th - Salford
13th - Wakefield
14th - Widnes
Top 7 will look as I've put I think, but the 8th place could go to one of five teams I think. I think London will have a strong season. They've certainly added well and improved their squad for next year. The whole re-branding of the club will give the club a lift as well I think. Think they'll shock a few people. Castleford/Bradford/Hull KR/Salford will all be in the hunt for that 8th place too I should think. Wakefield have improved their squad. I think they'll start well, but then fade off towards the end of the season. Widnes will finish bottom by quite a bit IMO. Wire will finish top again I think, although it won't be as easy for them this year (in that, I don't mean easy in getting to first place, but I don't think they'll thump as many sides this year). Its between Wire and Saints for first. Leeds won't be fantastic, but probably will do well in the play-offs again. Wigan won't be as good with the loss of players and coach, who haven't really been replaced. Catalans will have a strong finish to finish 5 I think. Will definately miss Blanch at the start of the year. Could finish higher than 5th in fact. Huddersfield will probably look dangerous for most of the year, but won't have that final edge to get anywhere. Hull FC: another, not so brilliant season.

wigan have lost a good coach plus a lot of experience and top quality players. bradford and hull fc's recruiting in my eyes is worse than poor and arent going anywhere but down ( i dont like it but i think it will happen ) wakefield habve recruited well i think and i can see salford going on the up with this new stadium and new coach i can see them having a good season

Except that if you finish first you win the League Leaders' Shield, which in my opinion at least, matters quite a lot.
