This is an interesting one. It was never going to work out at Hull for Sharp, he's a coach and went there not to coach! SHarp to Crusaders? Not too sure about that one.

Sharp is a bit of a dull and safety first type of coach.
Celtic could do with someone with a bit of [icharisma[/i
Millward would have been ideal if he wasn't already committed to Leigh.
In these early years its not so much about winning games but getting fans through the gates with a style of rugby that they'll find attractive.
Similarly on the field they could have done with someone like Long or Briers who can provide a bit of flair.

Seems like the Sharp thing is a sudden thing, Celtic have probably had a few weeks to talk to Noble, so I'd still say that was mroe likely. |

If true it's a confirmation of their exit from Super League. They should have brought a Wayne Bennett over, someone who could create a club there and not just a team.

The rumour is just stirring. Sharp has been mentioned as Wigan coach, replacing Noble. NOBODY till this post has suggested he's coming to us.

I'd like to see Noble at Celtic. Hope it happens to give them some profile and attract some players. Plus they need to get busy in the transfer market to have any kind of a squad for next season.
Sharp's SL career is over, he'll follow Cullen into NL1, Championship or whatever its called.
Wonder if Millward will do the dirty on Leigh now they're relegated, could be another Celtic option.
