Nobody is enjoying what is happening to the club or to the vast majority of thee fans, but some of the more delusional Bradford posters on here deserve the ridiculing they are getting

Well if that's really the truth, wouldn't a reasonable person ONLY reciprocate with whoever those "quite a few" were, and not Bulls fans in general? Or if somebody from Bradford once kicked you last year, would you think it reasonable to give a good kicking to anybody from Bradford on your comes around basis?

I just banned a wakey user from RA&B for saying they were "enjoying" the Bulls situation and claiming we somehow did the same when Wakefield were struggling. Can you even back that up because, barring the odd nutjob, I think that is entirely fictional.

I have to say, as melodramatic as this may sound, if you do 'enjoy' what is happening to Bradford you really are a bit of filth. I cannot believe that the Rugby League family, as disfunctional as it is, would be quite THAT low.

No, I do not "feel marginalised". I feel the same as I have always felt, attempting to discuss the thread subject, and respond to points made, but as often as not instead having to read yet another post like the one you just made.


The collapse of the club we follow is taking a toll. Comments like this and the others mean less than zero to me. You may be allowed to make them, but please don't flatter yourself that you are in some way relevant to me, because you're not. I continue to be happy to discuss anything with you, but it seems clear that you don't want to discuss, you just want to carry on with this sort of attempt at goading. That's up to you. I just think it's sad.

For people to take enjoyment out of this sorry mess, wow, their enjoyment threshold must be very low.

I just think the nature of failure in rugby league means so many are at each other's throats. Every opportunity seems to be at someone elses expense and every downfall benefits someone else in some way. It breeds a lot of jealousy and resentment.

Let's put it this way, two go down this year. If Bradford implode, it's one of the slots taken. It doesn't matter how tactful a fan is, if your club is likely to be scrapping at the bottom, you'll breathe a sigh of relief if it looks like you'll be safe for another year.

A bit of fun at another clubs expense has always gone on regardless of the situation.
The problem now is licencing and the continual shifting of rugby posts by the governing body when its suited there needs or wants.
Hopefully over the next few years the sport and some clubs can regain some integrity,i shan't be holding my breathe though,i can assure you of that.

If you tried holding your breath for the next few years you might have a bit of trouble.

Trying to work out why you have singled me out for public rebuke, I am struggling. My post was:-

This was both a direct reference to the posts put up by DG, which are very strange, and especially unfortunate given he is a Mod; plus a general comment which I consider is very fair comment, especially on the RAB forum where some quite vile things have been said. Indeed, it is on much the same lines as a post by another Mod, this time one from RAB:

"Filth", "scum", all much of a muchness, but like me, he did NOT CALL ANY INDIVIDUAL "filth". I think his comment is very fairly said, and just as fair as mine, but as you publicly chide me, why haven't you done the same with him?
I don't claim to be a paragon of virtue but seem to be the first person who has been now singled out, when I would think I am one of the people trying to and mostly succeeding to sticking to topic.
And yes, with the greatest of respect you WILL have to trawl a lot more than 108 pages to see me attacking anyone. You will find that I only respond to attacks. I don't gratuitously make them. Typically I will make some comments about the situation at the Bulls, or answer some questions or address some issues, and then some wonderfully nice saintly individual will frequently come on and say nothing whatsoever in response, but just have a pop, attempt to take the pis, or otherwise flame.

Is it your view that if someone comes on here and has a right go at me, and the post is allowed to stay up, that I nevertheless can't respond? I'm sorry but either the attack goes, or I have a right of reply, as long as my reply does not breach AUP which I'm sure they do not.
I haven't even participated in the thread that much, and the first time I called someone an idiot was when one "Durham Giant", who like your good self is allegedly a Moderator somewhere, posted a purely gratuitous attack on me by name, thus:
