Really, what's that then? Or is a bad reputation enough to earn a ban against your local rivals? AFAIK he has one yellow in the last 5 seasons & no red going back to 2003? His tackle on Fielden was definitely a penalty but I would be amazed if it got anything but a warning. In a career that has disappointed since he left the juniors I thought he had one of his best games against Wigan.

We had 7 + watkins out last week but we should have 4 back this week. The only slight doubt is on Ablett but he thinks he'll be back.

As stated Bailey does not have previous and there was nothing in the tackle.

I would be very surprised if anything came from it.

I personally doubt Ablett will be back.

the , admittedly, vaguely worded rules regarding naming a squad 19 man squad 48 hours before game and then drawing your team from it barring a medical emergency. still leeds havent adherred to the spirit of the rule for the last 3 games so why start now (unless there naming players they know are injured, to appear stronger, then replacing them with youngsters at the last minute, which iirc was exactly the situation the squad declaration system was brought in to prevent). And when have bradford broken this rule?

We did it with Karl Pryce at Knowsley Road a few years back (when it was the 20 and 18 man rules).

true but that was a one off and before the current ruling came in iirc. Leeds are basically ignoring the rule totally and have done so for the last 3 games as well. just seems to be take the mick a little to me.

third time he's been before disciplinary this year for the exact same offense and every time he gets a slap on the wrist. What does he have to do, do someone a serious injury before he gets sanctioned as the warnings are obviously inneffective.

I wasn't sure which rules you meant, which is why I genuinely asked the question - I guessed you might be referring to Leeds ability to fit an impressive number of high-profile players legally under the salary cap.

Amor last week and Smithy this week. I'm not sure who we put I'm the week before though. Last week was down to injuries though and TBF this happens whenever a team makes a last minute signing. They always go straight into the squad.
