And what hurts more is that Walmsley is scoring tons of tries for Wakey. I think AOB returning will make a big difference and Finn seemed to suggest he could be available for the relegation 4 pointer against York.

I think it's too early to even think about. He got dealt the cards that Grix dealt him and although his interviews don't exactly fill me with confidence, its pretty clear that he inherited a team that needs a full rebuild and the new board do not have the money to do that. Realistically who could be brought in to do better?

At the time was options Long went to Oldham that would of been my first choice but was more options rthan someone who had 1 year experience with a championship team in L1
he just is not the man for the job he is proud of the perofrmance week in week out. Its ok saying we can not afford to get rid fans are going down regardlessin numbers which means we are going to end up bust regardless if we carry on like this

I see what you are saying but we clearly don't even have the money to bring in players so we can name a full squad each week so Im not sure where the money comes from to not only get rid of Finn, but to also bring in a new coach as well. FWIW my choice would be someone that Grix got rid of that should never have left the club.

| Wouldn’t be surprised to see Eden leave tbh , been full time most of his career and the transition to working plus part time with a young family isn’t for everyone, perhaps a fellow feline who’s played at this level would be more suited.

Halifax Panthers have bolstered their squad with the loan addition of Leeds Rhinos talent Corey Johnson. Rugby League Live understands Johnson will head to The Shay, despite current being on loan at local rivals, Bradford Bulls.
Johnson, 23, joined the Odsal club on a season-long loan deal earlier in the year, but Fax are now set to take on a similar arrangement to add quality to their squad after a difficult start to the season.

The Rhinos and the Panthers are in a dual-registration agreement this year, with the likes of Riley Lumb, Kieran Hudson and Jack Smith already playing for Liam Finn's side. But Johnson will add another spine option for Fax at a time when hooker Adam O'Brien remains unavailable through injury.

| He may well turn out to be a good signing but with O'brien just a couple of weeks off from returning that is what Finn said last week and we do not need anyone new in the halfs i don't get it. We are crying out for new centres and props and with money being tight why spend it in a position we do not need.

| Heard a whisper that Inman may have picked up an injury but not sure how true that is. If not then if AOB is still some weeks away then I get this and don't know why we didn't try sooner. I think Inman has struggled at times with some of his distribution and decision making, which isn't helped when being asked to do long minutes.

JWH caused them a lot of problems down there left edge but we just couldn't put enough of those chances away to win. Does playing him there solve our problems in defence out wide no but he looks a handful with the ball.

Rumor seems to be an injury to Inman from the Fev game. He was holding his jaw after the Gale challenge although he was able to carry on.

It was hard to tell live where Gale had made contact . We had made a half break Tom was backing up and had just lost the ball then Gale made contact. He did stay down a while and i was surprised he wasn't taken off for a hia.

| Just watched the game, and as others have remarked, silly errors cost Fax. I don’t think the ref helped but when you keep giving away stupid and needless penalties whistle blowers get into he habit of looking for faults. Another issue I thought was Fax panicked and wanted to score on every play, failing at the last play of the set, rather than gaining ground even if they don’ score making the oppo go 100 yards. There is enough experience out there, even if LJ is now full back Widdop should be able to Marshall the team unless he has been given orders to keep stum. Others need to play for the shirt not the pay packet,
Anyway roll on York and hopefully things gel the ball sticks and people don’t give needless yards.
Up the Fax

| Last one out turn off the lights. Eden would have been a quality signing playing outside a decent centre, instead he has had to spend his time outside Tibbs or McComb, its really no surprise he wants out.

| Yep, as the saying goes "a winger is only as good as his centre" but I suppose that didn't stop Walmsley scoring a few tries!
I wouldn't be bothered if Eden leaves. His body language hasn't been right as though he's saying "what the hell am I doing here?" Use the Eden money to get a decent centre and Ritson.

Probably glad to get his wage off the books. If it is Leeds then I imagine any "fee" will be in the form of promises of loan players.
