Are you right clicking your mouse to bring up the "paste" option?
When you say "your pic" do you mean one located on your pc? |

Go to google images and type in cat..
Double left click on first image.
Hold mouse pointer over image and right click mouse, select copy image location..
Now on RLFans click image,  ]
Now click between the IMG's, where i have put a full stop, and then right click mouse, paste option should be there. |

Assuming you have uploaded a picture to a hosting site like imageshack/photobucket/tinypic etc
Click on Img button within the full editor
which adds {img]" >} to the text
Copy/Paste the direct url of the pic into it
