Hearing Jed pulled up in training hope this is just a bad rumour, also Pryce resting up with sore Hammy, he did go down at end of game behind sticks with cramp in Hammy so hoping it's just a precaution. Luckily if Jedders not fit leave Ed and Zak in 2nd row, Rapana to centre Cust to 6. 

Hope it is indeed a poor rumour re Jed. Although we can’t take Cas lightly I’m hoping we have enough in the squad to be able to rest some that are carrying knocks. 
Hoping the week off helps us too in that regard. 

If in doubt leave them out. We have missed Jed but play the same Back three. Pryce was stretching his hammy after the game but then after those two tries who can blame him .. Again if sore rest him......Cust to 6 Rapana FB .....

We're already short on numbers.  If we start resting players we'll lose.  Cas beat hudds who beat us so we aren't a shoe in for this one by any stretch of the imagination

I wouldn't take Castleford lightly they are a lot like Huddersfield and look how that turned out, plus club will want a home win. Jed not on any of the social media training pictures today.

It's a shame about cartwright as he's a good player, probably one of the best 2nd rowers in SL when he's on the field but he's never on the field.  As has been said, if he didn't have fitness issues he'd be in the NRL.

Jed in the bottom right hand corner of the team photo at Graft House although sat on his own out of the way. wasn't on the photo at Garbutts though.

No matter who where playing if Pryce has got a sore hammy and it is a if . Why risk him ?..... It might well.have just tightened up a bit?.   Am sure he will be managed accordingly

Carty alluded to the fact, IF Jed suffered a reoccurence, his season would be over...
This could lead to an uneasy conversation between  Myler & both Cartwright's.

Fully get there's a family bond there and it would be tough conversations to have, but I do genuinely believe that Senior Cartwright is professional enough to not let nepotism get the better of him. And if Junior Cartwright is cut from the same cloth then hopefully he would understand it's not personal, it's business and what is best for the team.Jed is a fantastic player though and I think he's one of the best back rowers in the league when fit, so fingers crossed there is no set back and he comes back soon and shows what he can do.

Cant afford to carry players in a salary capped sport , Hope the rumors are bullshine and we see him next Friday night .
