Are you right clicking your mouse to bring up the "paste" option?
When you say "your pic" do you mean one located on your pc?

yes and i did to copy but it does not let me paste

Right.
Go to google images and type in cat..
Double left click on first image.
Hold mouse pointer over image and right click mouse, select copy image location..
Now on RLFans click image,
Now click between the IMG's, where i have put a full stop, and then right click mouse, paste option should be there.

Assuming you have uploaded a picture to a hosting site like imageshack/photobucket/tinypic etc

Click on Img button within the full editor
which adds {img" >} to the text

Copy/Paste the direct url of the pic into it

That isn't an option if using IE7,8,9 etc

You have to choose 'properties' and then copy the URL
