Just been looking on the superleague site, at the stats. Now I know stats don't tell the whole story but Im amazed at some of them and how good we seem be at certain things like tackles bust 522 which is more than any other team. Manu has more than likely made 500 of them himself
Also other things like cleans breaks seconds only two Wire by 6, tries scored 5th, metres made 3rd behind Saints and Wire.
Offloads, again only second to Wire, shame we don't finish off our chances from them like Wire do. also giving the second least amount of penalties away which is good

The stats show that we don't back up enough. If we did and had a decent kicking game we would be much,much better.

I'm convinced that by the start of the 2045 SL season agar will finally drop on the right combination of tactics and personnel to actually challenge dublin and madrid for the title

I think the most important stat's are on the league table. It states we're 8th.

Nail on head , The team can offload as many times as they like but if the quality of the offload is poor and chuck in some poor backing up then the stats mean very little.

I said this on Friday night. We offloaded so many times but just didn't have anyone there (and if they were, they weren't looking) and just kept giving the ball away.

We do all the technical things fairly well. We make metres, make tackles, offload, etc. We just don't do the tactical things well at all which is the difference between a team of clever athletes and a team of robotic athletes. Agar just doesn't know how to train the team in this regard.
