I wonder if anyone could help me out I am desperately looking for a couple of decent black and white photographs of the unbeaten season 1978/79 and the Flootlit Trophy win of 79. I am also trying to locate the photograph that was used on the cover of the last game at the Boulevard programme of Ivor watts and Bill Drake and a packed threepennies.
If you could help I would need to borrow them for a couple of months and then would of course return them. Please PM me if you can help!

The Hull History Centre should have copies of the HDM from the time of the Floodlit Final (December 1979) it will have plenty of photos from the final in it, as long as they are not used for profit they usually allow you to photocopy them.

I am looking for any quality glossy photos of the times I indicated if they are from the Hull Daily Mail I can gain their permission to use them but newspaper pictures are not of the quality I need. Thanks Wolfie!

Hi I never post on here but always read the diary on black and whites. Top work on that Wilf I thoroughly enjoy it. I don't know if it will help but I'm pretty sure I've got nearly every program going from back in the boulevard days going right back to the 40's and 50's. Let me know if you want me to dig them out.

Tony Groizard used to be the photographer at the Boulevard in the '80's. He was a teacher at Sydney Smith.

He was my class (4GZ) & physics teacher at David Lister. I'll never forgive him for allowing me to light up a Park Drive in class, only to drop it into a flask of oxygen
