On the voucher exchange scheme that the club runs for season ticket holders, do they just give you a new ticket for a home match or can you get a voucher for an away game?
Because if I've got a season pass full of home games, a voucher for one of them isn't much use to me.

The idea is that if you miss a home game you can get a ticket for another home game barring the KR one to use to bring someone else. That is why on the last game of the season you saw a lot of people advertising on here what vouchers they had left for sale/to give away.

If the east stand is all reserved now, how do I exchange tickets on my pass (If IM unfortunate to miss a game). If I wanted to take a mate they wont be able to sit near us I presume .....Am I missing summat...its early lol

take your pass in. the ticket office will allocate you seats together and your usual seat will become free

seats are reserved, which means unsold seats will be ticketed, so if you take your pass in they should be able to help you get seats together, if there are any.
