The Hull FC Player of the Year Awards are fast approaching and Hull FC fans are being asked to choose their FC Voices Supporters Player of the Year.

To help encourage as many fans as possible to get involved, the award will now take place in two stages- Nominations and The Final Four!

For the next three weeks, supporters can nominate the three players that they feel are deserving of the Supporters Player of the Year Award by filling out a nominations slip at either of the Hull FC Retail stores, by emailing their nominations to fcvoices@hullfc.com or by posting their votes on this thread.

The nominations will then be compiled and the four players that receive the most nominations will be promoted to The Final Four!

From there, every single supporter who visits www.hullfc.com will have the chance to register their vote for the one player they feel has done enough to earn the right to be the 2010 Supporters Player of the Year.

There will also be the opportunity for people who don’t have internet access to register their private vote during The Final Four at the Hull FC Reception at the KC Stadium.

Pete Allen, Chairman of FC Voices, Hull FC’s Independent fans group who over see the voting for the award commented, “We feel this is another positive development, in which we have worked in partnership with the club to get the best outcome for the fans and in turn raise the profile of the award’.

“Both FC Voices and Hull FC felt that we were still not reaching everyone that wanted to vote, and by increasing the publicity and publicising the award like this, it means we are on our way to achieving our aim of giving everyone the opportunity to take part.”

He added, “The fans always have strong views on who they feel has contributed the most over the season and this gives everyone a chance to get involved in awarding the ultimate fans accolade the Supporters Player of the Season Award.”

The first part of the Supporters Player of the Year campaign begins on Wednesday 28th July when fans can place up to three nominations for their player of the year at either Hull FC Retail Store or by emailing FC Voices.

The Final Four vote will commence on www.hullfc.com on Monday 23rd August.

I don't mean to derail the thread, but what are you judging that on, out of interest? I'm wondering because Lyne has only played 2 SL games. Looks?

[size=100:1gwenaug]"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the (Dark) Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."[/size:1gwenaug]:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_35230.jpg
