notice how well kirk yeaman kept matt king out of the equation for most of(if not all of) the game today,i think the scoreline could have been a little more severe had kirk not done his job.

Thought Hall did his fair share too

hall wanted alot more ball in 2nd half but didnt get it and could have scored too...i thought turner woz quiet in the game not as busy as he has been.imo...thought yeamo did well with defence today.

Defensively Yeaman can keep anyone quiet, it's his attacking game that's a bit void of creativity, IMO offensively he's no better than a strong running 2nd rower.
But in defense he's very, very good.

i think kirk needs to be in the second row,been saying this for the last three years,offers nothing in the centres,just a good defender.i think kirk once said he prefers to play secod row anyway.

Has he got the work rate though ?

I was quite impressed at the defensive job on King today, he really seemed up for the game and against another team, he would have scored a couple of tries.

i think so,will get better and better,could be as good as peacock was at bradford,has got a lot of pace for a second rower.

No he hasn't! Neither has he got the guile or the flair to be classed a centre.

I said on the Briscoe thread and have maintained for years that Yeamo is in the same mold as Keith Senior. Quicker than most 2nd rowers but not strong enough to play there.

Hall had a very good game today. I was plesed with his defensive display (unless I missed something in the Warrrignton tries in the second half).

Hall and Yeaman were excellent in defence yesterday.
