does any1 know any cheap places to stay and is close to murrayfield.
me and my mate are looking but cnt seem to find anywhere.

Looking at the fixtures....home with a case of beer in front of the telly.

you will be lucky to get accomodation i was sorting trip out weeks ago and all the hotels was rammed,thats why im staying in a hostel ive block booked 5 domes so if anyone interested ive still got places available we are going from sat to mond.

Coach travel & 2 nights in City Centre Hostel.

Before anyone wonders why mine is cheaper than Wolfies the basic answer is choice of Hostel. Wolfies is quite posh when it comes to Hostels and probably better than many Hotels.

Mine is more basic catering more for same sex groups that want to make the most of the Edinburgh nightlife

Booked the Travelodge at Haymarket last week and it still had some rooms left.
It's mid way between the city centre and Murrayfield.

Still plenty of hotels available on laterooms.co.uk and travelsupermarket.co.uk

I booked mine a couple of days ago which works out at £80 ish each for the weekend. (2 nights)

Its harder when your booking for a group booking ie 25 rooms,not one hotel could give me that amount of rooms.

Yeah it will be mate. Luckily i only needed 2 twin rooms.

we have found a few places now, about 5 mins walk from the ground but ive noticed the amount of pubs around there so it will take an extra hour or 2 to get there haha

If youre hoping to be on the lash in edinburgh i'd probably recommend booking nearer the west edge of the centre and walking out 20 mins to the ground. That way its a shorter stumble to bed from a central club/pub.
