After watching the Cas Giants game tonight it just shows how important it is to have a top kicker in your side ,Dixon missed some hard kicks but Tickle as been slotting them over ,keep it up tomorrow Danny it could be close again ,it maybe the differance in a close match

we've won a couple of match's already this season because of dannys boot. he's the most in-form kicker in super league so i'm sure he'll be in good shape for tomora

To be fair I think the wind played a big part in the kicking failures tonight.

Agree about Tickle though

Why doesn't he kick for touch on our penalties? He must have an hefty boot on him, last night pat Richards moved wigan 40 metres each time.

are you still allowed to kick for touch from the ground/kickin tee? Never see it done now but it would add 40 metres a go

I have always thought that. I remember Fairburn used to put the ball on the floor and hoof it for touch, he used to gain a massive amount of yardage for his team.

I can only think of the away defeats at Craven Park and Knowsley Road where he missed a couple and we lost by the odd point but even then it would be unfair to blame the losses on Tickle's goalkicking.
