what you are worth on paper is meaningless, you need assets to borrow against, Allam doesn't have many.

whether the allams buy the kc or not, neither hull city nor hull fc could afford to keep that stadium afloat alone.

the allams will want to make asmuch money as humanly possivle, if they buy the stadium then the £100m plus on the "sports village" it would take alot of fans through the gates (aswell as the cafe, pool etc) to get that money back and earn profits.

allam is a hull fan...(all sports) FC, KR and City fan, so he won't throw anyone out etc...
