The club are having an open forum at the ground tomorrow night. This is an opportunity to hear about plans for The Shay, the season ahead, in fact owt to do with the club even if it's just a good old moan! When the meeting is finished this season's new away shirt will be revealed and available for purchase. Should be an interesting evening.

Just keep hold of your pint and don't let the other 2 or yourself anywhere near the microphone Hudds as a bad old moan is never good and you know how you were brought up.

Looking forward to it , hopefully some important subjects can be addressed, future of the shay , hmrc update , squad depth and much more .

Only Neil Arbor backed me up vocally and the club took no notice of my complaints. Look where it's got us, and the game!

Talk of a revolt by many of the clubs from all divisions and a meeting next month at Wakefield to vote on the removing of some from the RFL and plenty of words about this and that needs to be done but no idea who or how to do it. A bit like being on here really so I felt really at home. The games on it’s booty but the good news is though it’s not all Fax fault so no one can blame them.

Many of the other clubs from Super League and Championships who voted for what was promised then are now seriously considering voting against it because of failure to deliver and have taken advice on whether they can or can’t remove IMG with conflicting conclusions, it’s briefly mentioned in the full 80. Are you saying Fax and all the others outside Super League voted to have no plan for their clubs from the governing body or for them not to count?

For some it’s just another thing to blame the club over.

At least that way it would have shown we have a modicum of pride left in our club and wouldn't just follow on like the rest of the sheep.

I’ve already explained the reasons for deciding against a protest vote that too would have been meaningless and they not seeing the point in running the risk of being black listed which could have been meaningfully detrimental in the wrong direction. If having pride in the club comes down to that one decision to go with the majority which differs from your opinion then not just Fax but all the owners of the clubs view and decision takes precedent and as with your stand against DR you’ll have to be disappointed, pride less and clearly since the bulk of them voted for it in the minority with a stance that likewise is meaningless.

I notice York aren't charging such a fee for our visit, and it's only £15 a ticket! 2 pints of ale different But I wouldn't expect any answers we don't already know. Everything will be a "work in progress". It shouldn't be called "Questions and Answers", it should be called "Questions but no answers"!
