New (rovers supporting?) council leader says there will be a referendum on whether the KC should be sold to allam. There are 20k city fans (at least) who will probably vote yes

The number of City fans is irrelevant. If they word a referendum question intelligently they'll get a massive yes vote from the general public. |

That is the major problem as far as I can see.
Quite who will oversee the wording of a referendum question, I have no idea but it is imperative that the voters of Hull have all the facts at their disposal, especially regarding what any money raised can be used for. |

Answer to the opening question - YES.
I'd hope any possible sale of the KC will include some form of legal protection for Hull FC, don't we have some sort of leashold agreement in excess of a 100 years?
