I know this wouldn't suit everyone but I got that fed up with being shafted by KC and paying what effectively amounted to £30 a month for broadband (when you take the landline into account as we didn't use if for calls) that I bought a 3G Wireless router and 3 PAYG data SIM & Dongle from ebay and it works perfectly for me.

If your not streaming TV (although I have used it for this with mixed results) or downloading copious amounts of music/films then I find it spot on, even works for XBox live without lagging for the most part so I really cannot complain. Cost me about £60-£70 to get setup but I've been using it for about 6 months now so it's more than paid for itself and I can only see it getting faster.

Karoo have their bad points but given the alternatives it still seems a better option.
