Quite right. Also a lot of our youngsters have gained 1st team experience either on loan or dual contract thus have had a number of games in open age rugby first.
Youngsters need to be brought through gradually in the right way otherwise they will probably crash and burn. Also you can't blood too many youngsters at the same time otherwise they will probably get battered every week which would do their development no good at all.
