| 5 from 6 yesterday, up to now he's looked like he did not want to kick, must have given him a big boost yesterday.
Fair play to him he's had a little stick on here at times.

| For those of us who went and can comment. He did kick well and his last attempt when aganosingly close just fell under the sticks... and no one knew where it had gone until the linesman waved their flags for a missed attempt.
He gave some nice distribution yesterday and are finally learning who to expect where, such as his combo with washbrook.
Cockayne had another solid without getting on try sheet. Fox needs to grow confidence more as those high balls causing some trouble and doesnt seem the keenest retrieving a kick when it goes behind him, although he runs it in hard.

I think what Foxy needs is a pass in a bit of space - not seen him have the same service that Cockayne has been getting. I'm surehe'll deliver with the right assistance!

| foxy and collis could be a great partnership.. there only getting the ball in whats known as "bad ball", there own 40. theyll come good given good service. pleased for isaac, he kicked well yesterday.. but one game out of however many isnt quite good enough, imo it proves he cant kick when any pressure is put on him, and thats something a goalkicker needs to be able to do! great performance left the match all smiles!!!!!

| Also John is in the top players in SL for assists to date.
I think he has been solid so far with the odd glimpses shown of what he is capable of. Looks to be finding his feet.
Also, kicking 5 from 6 with atleast 2 out wide is a marked improvement. Well done and keep working hard, it will come good.

Don't agree with that mate, he's obviously been given a job that he probably last did as a schoolboy full time, he's put his hand up and he's learning the skills that he needs. To say he can't kick when pressure is put on him is wrong, he kicked them from all over the shop the other day against the Wolves and that's been the closest, most intense game we've been in all season. You could see with how he was lining them up and the way he was kicking through the ball with a straight leg, that he's improved so much even in since the week before and this last performance will have given him a ton of confidence.

| i know what your saying and i think the practice hes been putting in is surely paying off.. i just feel that when everyone expected him to kick goals before we knew how bad he was, he buckled, and now nobody expected him to he seemed to have risen now the pressure was off. put it this way, i wouldnt put my bottom dollar on him kicking like that week in week out, nor been able to bob it over in a lat minute pressure situation

| A few people jumped on his back way way too early, but its possible to see in all the matches so far he has been improving. Thought he had decent game against Huddersfield and it sounds like he's continued that progression last Sunday. I felt taking the kicking duties from him would help him with his game, but it seems that he has found his goal kicking boots regardless.
I wonder if the Union kicking coach Trinity were supposedly recruiting has had any bearing on this improvement.
