I am disappointed.

Over 700 pages apparently. I don't know if that's good or bad?

Sadly the one page that could’ve made all the difference will be missing.

If there is a page saying we intend to continue playing at Belle Vue next season Nigel wood might as well use the other 699 pages to wipe his big fat harris.

They've probably already put it in the bin.

Hurts me to say it but in my opinion no matter how good our application is we have no chance. The feeling is the RFL want us out so whether 700 pages or 7000 it won't make a difference.
Example being the England 2018 World Cup bid. According to everybody involved and the media the England bid and presentation was by far the best from any other Country. Yet when the official votes were announced we actually came last ! Thing is, doesn't matter how much you spend, how much effort you put into your application - if the powers that be don't want you it won't happen

700 pages sounds like a lot of work. i have put 100 page presentations together and they take forever. so i think a "well done" needs to go to the staff for getting this done, especially in light of the change of owners, administration etc etc.

i bet a few teams like leeds and wigan just put their name on a piece of paper and sent it in!!!

as for our chances, it has been debated far and wide on this board. personally i think we have a glimmer, but not much more (unless the goal posts change)

Unless, I suppose, that page says 'if we get a license, we'll move to a SL standard stadium until NM is ready; if we don't, we'll stay at BV.' (Now please wash your hands.)

I admit in my pessimism I forgot to say well done to the club for getting this document sorted. It can't have been easy.

Apparently that guy who does the sketches in the Express has done hundreds of drawings of what our ground may look like.....

AG and co are in a far better position to judge Oakwell as an option than we are. If he don't see it as viable he must have good reasons, not that we know for certain what his final decision will be

AG is the same as Ted, he will do it his way, that is his and his monies perogative. I don't mean to be rude but if you don't like it and think you can do better you buy the club and then you can do it your way
