The under 20s start their season at home to York City Knights this Wednesday 6th. Kick off is 7.45pm.

The lads have had a good pre season and are raring to go. So get yourself down and see the talent we have.

Great effort in the second forty saw them pull away .

not sure of all try scorers , but Jordan Atchison got 2 , as did Ben Stead and he also kicked six from six

I know you are proud of him anyway Rach but after his return performance tonight you should be double proud of your nephew tonight. He has found a new level.

Especially considering it was straight after a nasty injury!

Fantastic performance of grit, determination, never say die and a fair amount of skill (and that was just from Ben ).

They rode the considerable early pressure from a mobile and determined York, didn't let their heads drop when they went behind, and stormed back in the second half for what ended as an emphatic victory.

Great rugby from both sides and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

PS get the first team to watch the whole match to show what a bit of self belief can do.

Cheers Mickey , he played pretty good but it was a real massive team effort was last nights performance .

I will say though that over the years he's had an excellent goalkicking coach
