As I understand it Noble will go is as Director of Rugby with Sharp going in as head coach. So basically he will go in as an assistant but with a more credible title. |

To be fair aye, as much as Pryce winds me up the potential in him is obvious. If I was looking at this objectively I'd send out O'Carroll, Farrell and Ainscough, all three should be in with a shot of making the 17 every week, the question is whether the new coach will be any more likely than the old one to drop the more established players when they lose form. |

He rates Ainscough quite a lot it his off field problems that were causing him problems. Maybe a move to another part of the country would do him a world of good get him away from the off field influences and focus his mind back on the game.
