Pryce didn't have chance to do much but he tackled hard and didn't miss and took the ball in well a few times.

He was a pudding the last time he played TBH but he looks to improved a lot so lets get behind him eh?

Totally agree, it's very unfair on Pryce to single him out and say he had a poor game, because as the result suggests everybody had a e game.

The sarcastic cheering was a disgrace. The lad made one mistake, which was all his centre to get outside of him so he could draw roberts and pass for hodgeson to score.

Still, why support a player when you can have a good old moan eh?

It seems tight on Pryce as some fans were jeering him at every opportunity (against Cas earlier on in the season I thought he played well, th last time he played he was shocking I will be honest) but today he went well, he looked as though he was hitting hard in the tackle and was trying hard when taking the ball in, a spell out on loan would do him the world of good, maybe Widnes for a few games at the start of next year?

And To be fair He did actually make the tackle - Roberts (And everyone knows that I think he's a good un so I'm not having a go here.) should have done a lot better, he got flat footed and let Dodgy get inside him.

As people have said, nothing great in his performance but not much wrong either.

gane was 6-4 when Mc went off, Tommy to 9 and before Mc gets back on we were unorganised, dropping balls all over the place, no direction, we had a centre & a LF playing half back and before he gets back on were 38 10 down!

We only have 1 x 6&7 at the club at the moment and seeing as the 6 wasn't playing you'd have thought he would have kept at Tommy there for some continuity!

We need Piggy Back, MM coming off the bench as apart from lack of match fitness he looked pretty good today when he was on, and Tommy & Sam at 6&7.

B0ll0x to this move Tommy to 9 stuff for this year, If he sees something on from dummy half then he can still go in there from 7 when he needs to ala Burrows.

It's bad enough chopping and changing when Sam&Tommy are playing with Gleeson to 6 or Lockers etc but now till end of season Leave em.

We've been for the last four weeks as well. These flat performances going into the POs are worrying me.

My thoughts on Pryce
He was no worse than many, Phelps had a nightmare. Roberts missed the tackle to let Hodgson in, then he beat Phelps easily.

Three Wigan players were hold of Lunt on the try line and let him get the ball down.


The fact that Huddersfield right wing (on the other side of where Pryce was defending) scored three tries may give you a clue to where some of the problems lay.

2 of them were from kicks. We are abysmal at defending kicks near to our line.

can't say i'm surprised we got smashed - we've been blowing hot and cold all year. Sounds like we missed Tomkins too. Without him, we're stuffed...
