No. The person is an XY male with a DSD (difference in sexual development). Which means she was raised as a girl, which is fair enough. But is in fact male. And presents as male. And did not seek to overturn her ban, which you'd have any female would do. Some women have higher testosterone levels than others, but there's really no overlap with male levels.
