| Heard from two sources tonight (one being the RLDS podcast) that Broncos games will be on a Sunday next year. From a personal point of view as I attend Skolars and sometimes Hemel games this is disappointing. I would guess a considerable percentage of fans at those games also go to Broncos games and I have no confidence in the RFL to provide a fixture list without clashes. I would have thought it was best given how low the fanbase is not to force supporters to choose between games

I really hope this isn't going to be the case - if our games are on Sundays then I won't be able to get to that many of them. Won't be getting a membership this season, no point if I'm only going to be able to get to a handful of games.

| Terrible idea , if they think there gonna get all the amateur players to come because it a Sunday I think there in for a shock , the crowds have been no different whether a Saturday or Sunday in fact they might even dip more because of the hassle of the transport on a Sunday. I can understand it if there were lots of teams in that area , say within 5 miles but the amateur players' of Brixton , elmbridge , meadway , Croydon and newham are not gonna bother with a 2 hour journey with all the engineering works you get on a Sunday. I remember all the kids getting free season tickets one year and I don't remember that being a success and why do the professional club have to change? Why cant the armature leagues be all moved to a Sunday ?

| Wrong call, tapping into the amateur game for support doesn't work anyway imo, and transport in London is a nightmare on a Sunday especially when we are so far out from the centre.

| Can only concur re travel issues based on past experiences and, in my case, the added factor that main line into Paddington is going through a long term upgrade to electrify it at long last. I expect that Sundays will be even more disrupted than in the past.
Mind you club can't be expected to base its strategies on appealing to distant geriatrics, so maybe there's a grand plan?

| No to Sundays. Later kick off on a Saturday would be better if the club wants to attract amateur players as supporters.

| Bad idea. Even a cursory glance at the database of members and former season ticket holders will reveal that we come from far and wide and hence ease of travel is an important consideration. And what about the visiting fans?

| There has been wide discussion about this since the end of the season - Sunday may or may not be the plan, and it may or may not suit our fan base. The effect or otherwise on away fans is of NO consequence. We have a ground that's easier to get to from Featherstone than from Kent already!

| Is transport worse on a Sunday than a Saturday? Tube engineering works seem to be the same across both days to me. I personally wouldn't be against Sundays

| And less trains generally - one an hour from my neck of the woods instead of three.
