| The papers are saying he played for the 'Broncos'.
I don't recall that.
So, it was the Crusaders days he played for us?

| He played a few games for us in the days when we were at Crystal Palace. I'll have to dig out all my old programmes to find the dates. If he got the ball when he was moving he made good yards because he was so strong but found the play the ball a bit difficult. It's a shame he didn't start playing the game when he was young, he could have been a legend. RIP

Black Backgrounds/Zoot.gif Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

It was away against Sheffield as sub. I remember that they showed a bit of the game on Sky with a shot of our then reserve team coach, Dominic Cooper, laughing on the touchline!

| I remember watching him play for us at Crystal Palace - we got a fair amount of publicity from his signing - few mentions today as well (even if it was under the Broncos). Real shame RIP.

I also saw him play at Crystal Palace in a reserve grade fixture.
My thoughts are with his family.

Welcome to The Stoop - The Field of Dreams.......Where Broncos supporters dreams are realised and away supporters dreams are shattered !!!!!
2012 - The Year of The Broncos: |

| Gary lived not too far from me, I often used to see him out on his bike in the local park and riding up my road on his way to work. In the Carshalton/Wallington/Sutton area he was a local legend.
RIP Gary

| Boy, could we do with the sort of coverage today that Gary got us then. We also had Vinny Jones as a fan in those days, when we were cr@p and had only 500 fans. I know I look back with rose coloured glasses but we certainly punched above our weight in the London sporting scene when we had little resources.
