I had this idea at the Skolars game Yesterday and would like to see if anyone thinks it is realistic goer.

A/ All season ticket holders recieve a letter mid season with the following offer. If You introduce a new season ticket holder for season 2011 You will not pay for Your season ticket.

B/ If this was taken up that would give Us Good publicity and could double Our number of season ticket holders.

C/ Do this for season 2012 the club could easily be looking at 4 to 5k season ticket holders.

Might be a few flaws but in general think the idea is a good one.

Based on previous marketing ideas, your proposal needs to be 4 pages longer.
Once its 4 pages longer you need to repeat it every second day.

I'm all for new ideas and suggestions.

But another way of looking at this is both parties get a season ticket at a 50% discount.

In all likelihood if the 'new' fan becomes committed enough to take a season ticket they will probably already have an interest in the game / club and might already attend some games. You are just looking to stretch their commitment to nearly every game. All they need to do is hook up with an existing ST holder who they might already know on matchdays and then both are onto a winner.

Anyone with a brain cell would be aware of the clubs failings...or the problems as you call them, but thanks for the heads up anyway. I have a life.....and at the moment, the Sun is blazing down here in Wellington and the NRL starts this weekend so all is good in Gutterworld thanks for asking. Speaking of the NRL, the National Television Stations over here have been covering the seasons launch pretty heavily over here......not bad in a supposed Union Stronghold.

Still, keep on commenting on the repetition.......I am sure the club will prove me wrong and fill the Stoop (double headers don't count BTW).

An addition to this would be a free game towards the end of the season where anyone can come and hopefully the club would be very active in selling 2011.

Why not give tickets out for free to amateur clubs in and around London? They have an interest in the game and gives kids the chance to see a top side against a poor, plastic Yawnion outfit?

This was done the season before last I believe when all registered players in the London Junior League were given
a free season ticket. If I remember correctly I believe it only added a hundred to the gate on average.

That said currently that would be a bit of a result.
