Overheard a converstion at Harlequins RU talking about the pair moving to Catalans for next season.

Anyone shed any light on this?

I friggin hope it's not true. Not sure about Gigot......but Jamie is a local lad and should stay with us......apparently he played well on Sunday so WTF is the club thinking by sending him across the pond to play for the frog scum!

If it was to a championship club i can see they want him to get 1st team games at a higher intensity than the reserves, but I cant see him getting into the Catalans team?

I guess young talent of this type, and players like May also, must get frustrated when they see the tripe the 1st team "regulars club" have turned out of late.

I hope BMD's man management skills keep young, local talent were we can reap the benefits.

Just hope both are contracted for next season.

Have seen O'C and Gigot play once this season, O'C looks wasted on the wing, needs a run at FB or Centre. Gigot needs to fill out a bit still looks lightweight. Both look good footballers.

I hope this is not true. JOC is a good clubman and has helped the Skolars out this season. Gigot is a talent and we should not be letting these two slip away.
