| Saw my first Eddie truck tonight.
Been away with work and flown back into Manchester airport about 9 pm.
Driving home and about 10 pm as entering yorks from lancs there was big eorl smiling at me on top on M62.
What a great welcome back home. Made me smile.
Given it was dark and 10 pm and no one else was around not really sure of the advertising value there and then , but it made me smile, after listening to cas game abroad via the web so that all seemed very appropriate.

| Saw the Leeds one 2 weeks ago, same day as St Helens, on the M60, was beginning to wonder whether they existed.

| Truck watch rolls onwards.
Please post if you see one ( and not the one outside the stadium on match days) as we try to see whether truck advertising was better than hard cash.

| It dawned on me as I was driving down to Oxford last week that people do not take any notice of what is written on trucks. We were half way there before I remembered the 'Stobart Trucks'. From there on in, I think we passed 3 - none of them Super Leagued.
On the way home I again forgot all about them. When I did realise, we passed 6, I think. Again, none of them were the SL ones.
The backs advertise SL and the sides are for the clubs. How many sides of trucks do you read?
The only people who are going to notice them are SL followers because we are [sometimes] looking out for them.
Oh, and, of course, the Stobart Geeks!
Still, it was the lesser of two evils I suppose.
