| It was very entertaining a few hard questions from Fred ,but thanks to everybody who put the time and effort in to it ,especially Fred ,Lynda ,andKeith , its a pity more couldnt attend , but like the Poker nights its about Quality not Quantity  .
Nice to see Riddy ,Duffs ,and Stu Littler attending and giving it a go ,Duff seemed to be the brains in their team , but the result was a Suprise  it was won by Carolis Clowns ,comprising of Frank B,Charlie Caroli Jnr , and myself ,a few strange answers from us ,Frank thinks Bulgarias National sport is Volley Ball  ,but he came up with acouple of Brill answers ,and if required we will defend our Title anytime .
If it is done again hope we have more entries next time ,and it was a good night . |

Yes it was a good night, really enjoyed ourselves!
Pity more didnt attend.
Thanks to Fred, Carl, Keith, and Kath you all were brill.
THANKS TO Carleeen and Mark from the Squash Club, to room was perfect, the food awesome.
Lastly Thanks to all who supported LISA last night, after outgoings we did make £85, which is poor I know, but to make these events a success, more people need to support them.
Last night, I talked a few ideas over with Mark Ward, for the next "do", things we we're looking into was for example, a beach party with barbeque and meatloaf tribute band, as an all day event, beach party in the afternoon, band at night and then a disco.
Or a race night, and quiz combined.
If anyone has any thoughts are suggestions, feel free to add to this thread.
If we want our club to move forward and to be sucessful we need to help the club and Support LISA.

| My first choice was Sha88ing but as that was rejected I guessed cos our team hadn't a clue. We will know for next time. It happens to be Weightlifting.
Thanks to Don for giving me a lift home and to Danielle for swapping me her bottle of wine for my Easter egg.
One final thing thankyou to Duffs Riddy and Stu(best signing this season). Oh do not back us for the Challenge Cup the lads did not look that confident.
Oh one more whoever cooked the curry. Thankyou it was excellent. |

Lynda i attended the Race night a few weeks ago ,it was well supported and well organised,iknow everybody enjoyed it , we took some friends they were asking when the next one was?
Maybe this could be a moneyspinner for LISA as we seem to have few racegoing fans ,even if you dont like racing its a goog exciting night ,we could maybe sponser horses on LISAs behalf? |

The majority of the people there said that next time it should be a General Knowledge type quiz, no problem in that infact a lot easier to compile and present just let me know (thats if you want me to do it of course?) the date and I'll start compiling.

Glad it went down well... stock taking at work Friday and then again early Sat so couldnt make it. Will do my utmost next time guys. I'd stick with the sports theme to be honest, but I'll have a go at anything if I can cobble a team together lol.
