He was sure but it would have been better for all concerned if Pellisier has knocked on, having not seen any 'clearer' reason for his No Try decision he went with his first call. He didn't bottle his decision he stuck by it.

That's just ridiculous. If he was sure,he should've just made his decision straight away.I don't know if you watch NRL, but as soon as they go to the bunker, and they see an infringement,they don't pussyfoot about, they make a decision immediately. I'm sorry reffy,but our officials are not up to it. Something needs to be done to improve the performance of our officials,and that buffoon Ganson is not the right man to do it.

The RFL seem quick enough to relegate Thaler for sending players off in the heat of the moment, or questioning the video ref in France but the idiot Kendal gets away with that inept performance on Monday. No wonder the top refs have left the game

Actually Mr Kendall has been relegated..He runs the line Friday.

Only reason I ask is we've had a few SL refs running the line in matches this season.

Might be down to the dire shortage of officials?
The whole thing needs looking at as regardless of whether people agree with Beaumont speaking out I think most people will say at the minute in time the whole RL referee/ touch judge situation (be it standards or shortages)needs overhauling and looking at as its not at the place it should be for Europes premier Rugby competiton.

Feel for you guys coz everything DB says is correct.
We (Hull KR) tried to have a go re the state of some decisions a few years ago when Justin Morgan spoke out re Thaler, result £5K fine,then Hudge had a go result fine. Sandercock had the same "everyones against us" attitude,that didn't help either.
Its fairly obvious that the ref dept is in turmoil & lots of fans are upset but until more owners stand together for the good of the game it wont change.
TBH the Ganson "tracking the wrong player" at Magic weekend years ago that cost us the derby match did for me in Super League.No more season passes inSL EVER for our 4 in SL since then and never will again.
After that I picked and choose matches to go to & only got passes this year when we went down.
The RFL are dead to me, they don't want to see the sport improve, they just want to see it carry on bent & corrupt and that's a shame coz its the best team sport in the world run by idiots...just my opinions mind.

Bigger concern should be how we always seem to concede when these decisions go against us.

Kendall has run the line quite a few times on a Thursday/Friday nights, If you'd stop feeling sorry for yourself you'd have seen that assuming the district of Leigh have Sky on tap.
If we believe what you want us to believe that you are to a degree a man of intelligence, then surely a referee what has deliberately shown a bias against your club would be better served running the line anyway, do keep up Stephen

My point was that it is no use moaning about him not being available, it was the club's choice to make him unavailable, claim injuries or suspensions by all means but not this.

I have just read Dereks latest statement,whilst I AGREE with a lot of what he is actually saying I still think he is going about it the wrong way,I think to get all the other chairman/coach's managers Etc together is A GOOD thing but why come out and publicise it.
Get all the info and facts the present it to the RFL without giving them prior warning ?
The one bit I didn't agree with was about making the game a pantomime!!!!

I think he's publicising it to steer some of the flak away from him, by making it a more 'public' issue. He says he has turned down a number of media interviews, to avoid it becoming a one man crusade.
