I'm a little bit sorry about this he's a player I like and I think he played well for us overall. I suppose with inglis coming in and King being a better player he wouldn't have had loads of opportunities next season without injuries.

A quirky player with high risk of a brain fart. Entertaining player on the whole, so 2 season's 2 centre's if GI stays for 12 months.

Watson is cleaning house, they've already let matagi, a prop go to cas, and I believe thr giants are paying some of his wages.

Gavet seemed ok when I've seen them on TV this year, im not a nrl watcher so not sure what his long term form is.

Surely he would be more worthwhile than Latu and sita but too many things would need to happen for it to come off I expect, mostly getting another club to take those 2 off us or at least Latu.

Because he's a bog standard prop that isn't that good, he'd be a slight step up from Latu but a waste of a Quota spot.

Hes been awful this year. Hes had 2 good games where I really noticed him. Other that that hes been bang average yet will be paid treble some of our props like Matty English etc.

Matagi was the same in his first year. Granted better in his 2nd year but neither are worth the quota spot.

I see no point signing players like Matagi, Gavet, Latu etc - they are no better than the younger english players coming through

Gelling going seems a sensible move, he's probably on too much money to be sat in the stands most weeks, and allows us to invest elsewhere.

Gavet would be an awful signing, he's been shocking for Huddersfield. Remi Casty has announced he's left Catalan, I'd much rather we signed him for a year while we look to solve our issues at prop. I'd expect him to turn up at Toulouse though.
