My intention whilst watching the game yesterday was to see what all the fuss was about regarding Kurt Gidley. Well all I can say is wow what a player we have signed there.
He appears to have brought a definite sense of work ethic and leadership to our troops.
Thoughts for those that have watched any pre season friendlys. A term that can be loosely applied to the game yesterday which was fiery in places.

Agreed with Gidley. He came in relatively under the radar with the signing of Sandow taking the limelight, but his workrate, ethic, and leadership is already shining through; long may it continue!

He certainly seems to have hit the ground running with us. Very excited to actually see him in action against Leeds as opposed to listening to commentary of him.

Well I'm gonna get carried away. I'm putting money on us winning the lot. Meant to do it last week at 250/1 it's now 200/1 but I'll take it. 6/4 to beat leeds looks an excellent bet as I think we'll give em a ruddy good hiding. If anyone can find odds on Ben currie for mos let me know.

Currie is 33/1 with sky bet. I did Gidley and sandow yesterday both 25/1 with ladbrokes. Which bookmaker is offering 200/1 and is that for league leaders shield grNd final and challenge cup?? I haven't seen it with any bookies ? Thanks
