Nearly forgot about the U19's playing today. They were away against Hull KR and according to the Twittersphere won by 22-30 after being 16-6 down at half time. Now that they have managed to offload Wilde and King to the first team they seem to be getting up a head of steam. Livett got two tries and kicked 5 goals, so clearly will not be in the team for Wakey. Perhaps he is sending a message that he should have been ? Johnson, Holroyd and Morgan Smith picked up the rest of the tries. Will need to wait for the report from Mr Whalley to hear how they performed and to see which Johnson scored.

Something our new website needs to do is promote the U19's better, at least have their fixtures listed.

A game of two halves like last week,this week it was us who came back strong and managed to get over the line,some poor decisions and penalties cost us throughout the match but our fitness told along with an extra skill level when it mattered

Considering there is only one Johnson who plays for the team as the other one is called foggin-Johnston,I can confirm it was Jack Johnson who scored another great try and produced a great break and offload to put in Morgan smith

Livett was solid again and scored two good tries but his kicking was very good today and didn't look like missing

Can't wait for more balanced and informative views and opinions from your good self about player progression either like on another thread on here as you have watched every minute of every academy match haven't you!!!!!???

Looks as though the competition is likely to end with Wigan, Saints and Hull in the top three positions with us fighting for the last playoff spot with ? Cas perhaps ?

How would you know this or even have the right to comment, you haven't seen every minute of every academy game have you???!!!!

To be honest I make most of it up anyway. Even if I did attend every match, my eyesight is so poor now I can hardly distinguish Anthony England from Brad Dwyer.

In advance of Friday's game with Wigan I see Shaun Wane has had a dig at Warrington's academy.
