To play in Neath in Championship 1. Wales could barely support one professional team, I'm an expansionist but can it support two?

| In Neath without a doubt South Wales has a strong Rugby League presence now and all the youth system put in place will under pin the new club. The question is how on earth are the Crusaders going to operate out of Wrexham!

| Once Crusaders are settled, they wont have any problems financially and being the only full-time professional sports team in north Wales, if they don't catch on here they never will survive.

About 30 miles, so IMO its pointless them being in the Super League ahead of our near neighbours. Wrexham isn't a big enough place to support an SL team, obviously there are current teams like Castleford based in smaller conurbations but these are real RL areas.
Hopefully the 'Crusaders' will not be getting a SL place when the next round of licences comes up. I would like to see Widnes in their instead, with Toulouse replacing either Wakefield or Salford if they don't get their new ground sorted.
I would however like to see a Super League side in South Wales further down the line, maybe somewhere bigger like Cardiff or Swansea.

1883.jpg Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

Wrexham's attendance figures in the Conference are similar to Celtic's last year averaging around 3,000, the odd anomaly being 5,913 against Chester. There are very few teams in the BSP who happen to be full-time professional and considering both Wrexham and Chester have had financially trouble within the past five years I'm pretty sure both teams employ part-time players.
