IMO the return of Grix may upset what was proving to be a good wing and centre combination.

LW - Johnson, LC - King, RC - Bridge, RW - Hicks

Johnson, King and Hicks had been scoring lots of tries. Hicks has become super league top scorer and he has to give Bridge a lot of credit for try assists.

I thought Bridge looked comfortable in this position which he doesn't in others. I liked putting Johnson on the wing as he is a decent finisher (also less decisions to make).

The only thing I would have liked to see (if it is not too complicated) was see king and Johnson switch positions when defending as I feel that king can catch and return better.

However, the return of Grix (which may have been to the absence of Briers) made Bridge look like he was playing out of position and King looked cramped on the wing

If Briers is injured Bridge has to fill in,in the halfs though thats the problem..
Bridge is more of a half back than Grix and Clarke..Hence Grix plays centre..

i dunno, grix has played 6 for us a few times, covering for bridge being injured,

but which way do you do, grix had a pretty good game at centre last week, bridge had a good game at centre the week before, and hicks had a good game both weeks.

Grix in the halves was a good option and I think still remains a good option especially if Bridge is on fire in the centres.

Maybe they can interchange in the game particularly in attack, after all we have got to improve our kicking game & with Monas, bridge & Grix kicking it gives the opposition less to target as they are not sure where the kick is to come from

If only we hadn't lost Mark Gleeson to Halifax; he could have been the answer to our problems at stand-off.

King and Hicks wings with Grix and Bridge centres and Johnson as a sub

Will Sharp for the quins is another consitent player what nationality is he English or Nigerian? good defender and takes the ball well under pressure.
Any thoughts on that?

No he's not. He's an OK player.
