| Just read the MEN in work. Says about a big money money offer on the table at the end of the season from us for him.
Any thoughts?
Also Morley says that he and the Warrington lads cant wait for Edinburgh unlike the grumpy ginge from down the road. Speaks volumes about the two.

And Morley says Briers could be out for a month with his hamstring.

| I'm not sure why, but in recent months, I've been fairly unconcerned about reports in the papers, especially when said reports tend to mimic what has been said on RLFans

| Bridge and Myler would be a good half back combo imo.
Briers and Myler are too similar and would leave us a bit frail defensively.

And toes, this would be a great signing. If Myler reaches his potential he could be our scrum half for the next 10 years.

Bridge for me has never been nor will be a good half back, had to many chances but never delivered in that position, looked very comfortable at centre though
So to have him and someone who is only just starting out in the game controlling the team would be pure madness if we have true aspirations of winning anything.

| Is his dad Rob Myler as in the former winger for us?
I didn't realise that.
It would be nice if Myler had an experienced half back to play alongside and take the strain from him.

| There are always rumours and the papers are the worse for it. I don't see Salford letting him go after the investment they have made in him already. I watched hiim play his last few games and he is a talent but he lacks a great deal defence wise for me....He scores trys but lets just as many in.....I think we need a player who can defend as well......I would like to see an experienced back, partnered with a younger one that can be brought through but I think for me Myler needs to improve defensively.
Salford have said time and time agein he is going nowhere and he still has two years on his contract left, they are already putting in the work to keep him where he is......
I think Briers and Mona's are finally working well together I would like to see how they go the rest of the year and if things work under TOny, I would like to see the two of them have another year at it....

We would certainly seem to have more of a successful future in the game than Salford would

This is true, and tbh, the more I think obout it, Warrington would probably be the ideal place. Leeds and Saints arent in the market for a scrum half, so that leaves the next tier of clubs and im sure he would prefer to work under Tony Smith than someone like Richard Agar or Brian Noble.

| A great deal of what is said in the papers is mimicking rumours from fans forums just as these. I cannot see him leaving Salford if the deal they offer him is good enough.
As the Super League has shown you cannot automatically suggest that one team is better to stay at than another. You cannot say Warrington will do better than Salford. As each week shows. Westerman for instance, could of moved to a so called more successful club and has stayed at Castleford and they have improved a great deal. Tony Smith is a great Coach but I think Shaun MacRae is a coach Myler has a good relationship with.
WHo knows its all hearsay at the moment, Tony Smith is probably tired of being asked about this rumour and that rumour.

| And thinking about it; Huddersfield move for Brough, Warrington move for Myler, Salford bring Robinson back to Salford. Simples.
