Steve Peters (not Barry's brother) has worked wonders with England RU and British Cycling. I think even Jimmy would get something out of that.

mental issue my ,the problem is this lot believe they are better than they are,why don't they have the guts to say,"we were not good enough","we apologise to the paying public".
the problem is a lack of desire to play for and win things with warrington,a lack of an experienced coach and a lack of respect for the fans.
when things go wrong on the pitch you can only keep cheering the team on for so long before you think well can i be d anymore when most of the team out there don't look too bothered.

It works really well and gives an insight into the players and the team spirit.
