Agreed, Roby looked shot at times. Where as Clarke was a constant nuisance and was making last ditch tackles at the end of each 40. I’m surprised they didn’t play Bentley on the bench to spell him, he wasn’t nearly as potent as he usually is but tbh a lot of the Saints players had poor games though.

I can imagine Eddie Hemmings sat at home yesterday afternoon, with tears in his eyes.

| This is the first trophy he's won isn't it? And getting the lance Todd as well is the cherry on top. He's our most consistant player in my eyes and has been for years, so this is massively well deserved ![Smile icon_smile.gif](//www.rlfans.com/images/smilies//icon_smile.gif)

Pretty harsh on Philbin, he made a huge impact when he came on first half and made plenty of telling runs in his second spell. Lad is getting better week on week.

| Clark played a blinder....On the other hand Roby played like the old man he is....He was puffing and blowing and could hardly keep up with play...He looked like that this season was perhaps a season too long in his illustrious career. He's at risk of losing his place in the list of all time greats. He should call it a day.

I think he made something like 60 tackles, so he was a victim of the 'forwards' tactic employed by Price and too knackered to scoot.

| What a performance. Was a huge injustice that he'd not won a trophy before yesterday. Hopefully it's the first of many.
