I don't have much to compare it to because I haven't bought a Salford programme for about 10 years. To be honest I don't think the content is much different to those. And I think this format of programme is dead in the water, what with web content and all. That said, when you consider the production quality, the papers etc, the price is cheap for what you're getting. Really cheap.

I agree. There was a bit of syndicated content in there. It reminded me a bit of the programmes from 1996/7 (Super Mag?).

No doubt because its perfect bound and glossy. Both of which gave the programme a feeling of quality. Catch 22 is that.
