perhaps we didn't have an online ticketing operation that we ran in the past.

| Because it's Sale, a team that are miles more professional then us and a team that can and will say NO to anything they don't agree with.

| It's not their own. They use eticketing who are part of Ticketmaster. United use them as well

Yeah, Salford never sold tickets online via the website.

That is just the operating system - the content of it would be operated entirely by Sale. Worth noting though that if the stadium itself uses a different operating system then presumably Sale would have to deal with their own pre-sales and I would imagine would make matchday arrangements rather difficult.

i don't know, did we? I used to just phone up the club shop and they were issued out of a drawer by a shop member in the shop.

Yes, we did. It wasn't an advanced system, but it worked. You could either have them posted or collect them on the day.

£1 per pass? 10p per stoppage? That's exorbitant!

| Sale used the same ticketing system for atleast the past 4 years when I've been to watch them. Also going by their new shirts it doesn't look like they'll be Sale much longer as they have dropped Sale from their badge and now just have "Sharks" something they didn't do during their years in Stockport.

| I think we can put the fears of them poaching fans from the city of Salford to be then. If Salfordians won't cough up £20 to watch the entertainment we've served up this season, then more for less won't be grabbing them.
