he states that Salford fans have unrealistic expectations and drove McRea out and now Alker??...as far as I was aware the Malcolm Alker situation is an internal matter and nothing to do with the supporters so why does Stevo think otherwise?...does he even bother to read up on Salford?...

The fans although down on numbers were a credit to the club today and got right behind the team even when we went behind early doors

Great result today despite our off-field issues, can't see any Bulls fans giving us any credit on their forum, apparently the defeat was all down to missed tackles. I think they need to make sure they don't underestimate the opposition and give credit where it's due. Onwards and upwards, glad I was there, Come on the Reds...

Well I've tried posting a comment on the Sky Blog - This was what I sent:

"Just shows what a tool you are Stevo - Bradford got on top first, scored first and got stuffed. Rugby League expert - I think my gran could do better and she's been dead 30 years The fans didn't "drive McCrae out" nor Alker - try getting your facts right - oh sorry I forgot - you're a Sky pundit!"

It will be interesting to see if they accept it!

also stated our 96-16 defeat was at valley parade,was Odsall as I sadly remember.

Throughout the game he barely gave us any credit,was all about how badly Bradford played,Time for a change of commentators is long overdue

I was thinking something similar, but possibly going one step further. It might be in the teams best interests if we freed Holdsworth from the extra responsibility, and gave Wild the captaincy. Somewhat Alkeresque, but the team needs a captain that leads from the front. Most fans would like to have seen Big Ray given the captaincy for this reason, but he's possibly not most talkative and isn't on the pitch for the whole 80mins. Wild, on the other hand, ticks both of those boxes and fills the role of leading from the front.

What most people forget is Stevo is from Yorkshire, which answers all questions.

I saw him after the game on Saturday outside the TV booth and he was shaking his head at Bradford's 34 missed tackles, sympathising with their fans and looked genuinely gutted!

I laughed at him and asked him what he thought about Salford battering them and he tottered off still grumbling.

Stevo is a C**T everybody knows this just a few weeks ago holdsworth tweeted begging sky to changes there commentators eddie get most of the players wrong and the way stevo talks he doesn't understand the modern day rugby league! time for change!

Watched the highlights on the BBC and the fact that we got a scant mention but Bradford were shocking ETC ETC ETC got my goat. Seems that we could play St George, batter then 100-0 and still not get any critical acclaim from the British presss/media.

Its the same the other way around. When we get battered by Saints or Wigan, its all about how great they were, but when we hammer a team, its all about how bad the opposition were.
