Massive coup for the us and along with Michael Korkidas signing shows that Jason Demitriou can bring quality to the club.
Over the a last 6 months or so there's been signs that on and off the field things are improving. Slowly but surely Cougarmania is being resurrected. The signing of Joe Grima was the catalyst for the original Cougarmania, Obst could well be the catalyst for the resurrection.

Keighley is where they should be - they have stolen a living in SL.

Great signing for Keighley. When you look at who've they've brought in they should do very well next year. Have they got a new financial backer lately? Just wonder where the money's coming from?

As far as I know it's come through our squadbuilder scheme. However the club has done really well recently as regards attracting a lot of new sponsorship.
Because of the current financial climate at the moment, there's not a lot of money around in the championship. I suppose that makes it a little easier to bring in quality players for less money. |
